Terry admits that even he's not as organised about his goal setting as he should be, but he still makes it clear just how important the process is for a team that's focused on achieving great things. The thing about professional sailors like Terry is that any aspect of your game can be improved provided you're honest enough to admit it. The worst thing you can do is tell yourself: 'I'm crap at starting' and never to do anything about it.
